Immediate opening: MIG/MAG welder (California)

Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Fresno County, California. On the job you will handle: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Six days a week, one day off.
