Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Randolph County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy aluminium fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing Day to day you will cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine.
