MIG/MAG welder • Teller County, Colorado

We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Teller County, Colorado. You will work at a busy production line. Day-to-day duties: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls What we are looking for: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Part-time with flexible hours.
