Kitchen steward • Citrus County, Florida

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Citrus County, Florida. You will work at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $28 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
