Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Lake County, Florida. The job is in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On the job you will handle: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun 1+ years on the tools preferred.
