Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Menard County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring 3+ years on the tools preferred.
