Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
