We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Randolph County, Arkansas. The job is at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Part-time with flexible hours.
