Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Boyle County, Kentucky. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience.
