Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; clear and reset tables between covers.
