Room service attendant — Estill County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a room service attendant in Estill County, Kentucky. The job is in a coffee shop. Your main tasks: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Performance bonus on top of base pay.
