Earthmoving equipment operator — Merthyr Tydfil County Borough

Great opportunity: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Merthyr Tydfil County Borough, Wales. You will be based at a drainage and utilities contractor. You should have: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) Day-to-day duties: • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
