Now hiring: VMC operator (Iowa)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a VMC operator in Fremont County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
