Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Maries County, Missouri. The job is in a catering unit. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day-to-day duties: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Full-time, day shift.
