Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Grant County, West Virginia. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 6+ years on the tools preferred.
