Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Clear and reset tables between covers • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
