Powder coating operator wanted in Athens County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Athens County, Ohio. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 4+ years on the tools preferred.
