Domestic gas engineer — Coffee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Coffee County, Alabama. Requirements: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing You will complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate.
