Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Custer County, South Dakota. You will be based in a café. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel You will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
