MIG/MAG welder • Roanoke County, Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Roanoke County, Virginia. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Day to day you will strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
