Day to day you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
