Immediate opening: heavy equipment operator (dozer) (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Pitt County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
