We are recruiting: insulation installer (North Dakota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an insulation installer in Grant County, North Dakota. The role involves fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
