Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
