Now hiring: we are hiring a marble mason in Piscataquis County, Maine. You will work in a natural stone fabrication unit. What we are looking for: • Own hand tools an advantage • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists On the job you will handle: • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site 5+ years on the tools preferred.
