Dishwashing attendant • Sokoto South, Sokoto State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Sokoto South, Sokoto State. Day to day you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
