Now hiring: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Nevada County, Arkansas. The job is in a machine room on the rooftop. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work You will fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; run load and overload tests with test weights; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Share your details and we will call you back.
