We are recruiting: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Fayette County, Iowa. The role involves fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant. Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Willing to travel between sites Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
