Great opportunity: scullery hand (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Owen County, Kentucky. You will work in a catering unit. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Full-time with occasional weekends.
