Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Bassa, Plateau State. The job is at a busy building site. Day-to-day duties: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Working-at-height certificate an advantage 5+ years on the tools preferred. ₦280,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
