Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Giles County, Virginia. You will be based at an automotive components factory. On a typical shift you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
