Join our team: we are hiring a HSE officer in Karasuwa, Yobe State. The role involves: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift You should have: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
