Vacancy available: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Lincoln County, Idaho. The job is in a job-work machining unit. Day-to-day duties: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm 2+ years on the tools preferred.
