Join our team: we are hiring a banksman in Ilejemeje, Ekiti State. You will work at a shipyard. The role involves read lift plans and method statements before starting; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
