Shop floor worker — Cole County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Cole County, Missouri. Day to day you will assemble components according to the work order; keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping; move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley; read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces; stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
