Now hiring: we are hiring a QC inspector in Bethel Census Area, Alaska. The job is in an electronics assembly workshop. On a typical shift you will operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Rotating shifts.
