Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Magoffin County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
