Argon welding operator • Daviess County, Indiana

Join our team: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Daviess County, Indiana. The job is on a structural steel site. On the job you will handle: • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits.
