Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Effingham County, Illinois. The role involves insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; take site measurements of openings before fabrication. You should have: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
