Back-of-house cleaner • Mid Ulster, Northern Ireland

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Mid Ulster, Northern Ireland. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 4+ years on the tools preferred.
