Gantry crane operator • Crowley County, Colorado

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Crowley County, Colorado. You will be based at a container port and shipping yard. Your main tasks: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Able to read load charts and lifting plans At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
