Rigging foreman • Koochiching County, Minnesota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Koochiching County, Minnesota. You will work in a heavy machinery workshop. You should have: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams On a typical shift you will check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; read lift plans and method statements before starting; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
