Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Yuba County, California. You will be based at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
