Industrial sewing operator — Belmont County

Join our team: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Belmont County, Ohio. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. Day to day you will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
