Urgent requirement: dish pit attendant (Indiana)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Harrison County, Indiana. You will be based in a catering unit. Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
