Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Van Buren County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Six days a week, one day off.
