Crane rigger wanted in Clinton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane rigger in Clinton County, Kentucky. You will work on an offshore oil and gas platform. On the job you will handle: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads Ideal candidate: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Confident with standard crane hand signals At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
