Join our team: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Akoko South West, Ondo State. You will be based on a structural steel site. The role involves: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness Ideal candidate: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances We offer ₦140,000 per month plus benefits.
