Immediate opening: we are hiring a furniture maker in Warren County, New Jersey. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists The role involves cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
