Great opportunity: argon welder (Kano State)

Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Minjibir, Kano State. The job is on an industrial construction site. Day to day you will clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). Requirements: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Rotating shifts.
